After a decade of real estate investing, Andrew and Michelle Lucas decided it was time they share their experience and local knowledge to help others buy and sell real estate. Andrew, being a lifelong Columbia resident, provides him with insider knowledge of how the local real estate market works. The pair created Lucas Group SC to serve our friends families and community as agents in the buying and selling process. As their client base grew rapidly, the immediate addition of Rochelle Hicklin provided the group with her many years of real estate know-how, representing buyers and sellers throughout the country. Andrew is one of the co-founders of Lucas Group SC. He became a full-time Realtor after almost two decades of working in the hospitality industry. Andrew seeks to bring his service mindset to every buyer and seller interaction. In his local community, Andrew currently serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Columbia, past Chair Board Member of Prisma Health Children’s Foundation, and current Vice-Chair of MACST.
Michelle Lucas is a co-founder of Lucas Group SC. She is a wife and mother of three and is very involved in her local church, First Baptist of Columbia. She became a part of the team after 15 years of working in the insurance and financial service industry. Now, Michelle is the eye behind the design! Rochelle operates with the golden rule in mind; Treat others the way you want to be treated. Rochelle’s number one goal is to give top-notch service with efficiency and respect. With a background in sales and hospitality, she strives for five stars. Rochelle believes that she is the concierge of every deal, which contributes to her success in sales and the end, negotiating a great deal. Her many talents give her the ability to move into any industry and to sell any property. From a small condo to multimillion-dollar lake property, if SOLD is what you desire, she will deliver.
Erin joined Lucas Group as the Transaction Coordinator in August 2022 after staying home for 8 years to care for her two young boys. She is wife to Josh and mother to two boys, Jack (12) and Rylan (5), and their boxer pup Haddy. Prior to being a stay at home mom, Erin practiced physical therapy for 7 years which gives her a unique perspective and skill set that includes compassion, communication, and the desire to achieve a successful outcome no matter the obstacles! As a native of Columbia, SC and a previous resident of La Jolla, California, Erin has appreciated real estate from coast to coast and looks forward to serving our clients to ensure a smooth transaction all the way to the closing table!
Krissi Wyss is experienced with helping Investors find profitable properties with Lucas Group SC.
Krissi has lived in the Midlands for 17 years. She is married to Antoine and they have three young adult daughters and one son-in-law. They have served the community in different capacities through the local church, schools, and other local organizations. Antoine travels internationally training pastors and leaders. Krissi has found real estate to be a great way to put her skills to work for others, while helping them achieve their real estate goals.
Julian Hays brings a fresh perspective to Lucas Group SC.
Lucas Group by Todd Realty Partners recently added Julian Hays to their growing team of agents. Although new to the profession, Julian has always had a love for real estate. He grew up in the shadow of his mother who has 18 years of experience as a Realtor. This has given Julian a unique perspective on the industry.
With over 6 years of work in the service industry he has a natural talent when working with people. Julian understands that buying or selling a home can be an emotional and stressful experience, and he will ensure his clients feel supported throughout the process.
